The Furnace

Mission Statement

The Furnace is a ministry which provides Musical Training,  Christ-Centered Mentorship and Practical Releasing for Young Talented Worship Leaders and Worshipers in the city of Kelowna.

Recently I have been able to form a new ministry with fellow worship leaders and friends that I believe God has ordained and set forth to become something Kingdom changing. Mike Weiss, Michalea Burger and I have been leading worship together throughout the city of Kelowna for the past year. Each of us come from completely different backgrounds and stories of blessings and brokenness, hope, faith and love. Each of us come from various backgrounds of Music and Worship education and experience with over 50 years of combined leadership and musicianship roles.

We feel compelled to give back.

We plan to meet weekly with each person individually and in a group setting getting to know them, their passions and their abilities and speak into their lives. We plan to teach, grow and demonstrate what Biblical worship means and looks like through practical training and leading in various church settings.
